Driving development through technological innovation and strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises has always been the principle that Chunguang has adhered to for many years. Through years of continuous technological innovation, we have gradually developed over ten series of hundreds of products, including central vacuum cleaner hoses, blow molded hoses, wrapped hoses, extruded hoses, and vacuum formed hoses. Our independently developed 1:8 ultra large expansion ratio hoses have achieved international leading technical indicators. Multiple core devices have been fully independently manufactured on the equipment, including self-developed integrated extrusion tube forming equipment, automatic rotating coding equipment for telescopic tubes, multifunctional conductive composite hose production equipment, high-strength central vacuum hose forming equipment, etc., filling the gap in the industry. We have obtained 32 technology invention patents,  57 provincial-level innovation achievements, and 175 various utility model and design patents。

        Starting from 2023, Chungcheong will vigorously promote digital reform based on "Feishu" as the front-end, fully integrating digital management software such as U9C, WMS, MES, PLM, CRM, etc., gradually opening up information channels for communication, production management, and product development. In 2024, based on the existing information technology foundation, a Future Factory Construction Promotion Committee with the General Manager as the core will be established. Guided by the future factory construction, modular intelligent and digital transformation will be carried out throughout the company to systematically promote the construction of future factories and improve the overall digital level of the company.
