1. Lead the technical docking of new product development and formulate product technical standards/specifications;

3. Understand the properties of plastic materials and the structure of plastic molds;
4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, teamwork and communication coordination skills;
5. Familiar with commonly used design software such as PROE, CREO, SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, etc;

1.  Independently complete machine tuning and mold testing;
2.  Assist the mold changer in completing the upper and lower molds;
3.  Assist the team leader in supervising the operation of machines in the area;
4.  Actively propose suggestions for improving workshop technology and processes; 1.  More than five years of technical experience in injection molding workshop;
2.  High school education or above;
3.  Familiar with mold structure and injection molding process technology;

1. Proficient in using milling machines, grinders, and other equipment;
2. Responsible for the assembly, debugging, and maintenance of molds to ensure smooth production processes;
3. Accurately process and assemble the mold according to the drawings and technical specifications;
4. Timely solve mold related problems that arise during the production process to improve production efficiency;
5. Collaborate with the team to complete other tasks related to molds. 1. More than three years of experience as a fitter;
2. Have basic mechanical knowledge and fitter skills, understand the basic structure and working principle of molds;
3. Proficient in using various fitter tools and measuring equipment, able to independently complete mold assembly and maintenance work;
4. Having good hands-on and problem-solving skills, able to flexibly respond to various challenges in practical work;
5. Serious and responsible work attitude, strong team spirit and communication skills.
